Rutherford Housing Partnership Inc. is a local non-profit organization founded in 1995 by a group of concerned citizens who believed strongly that everyone had a right to safe and livable housing. Therefore, our purpose is to assist low-income homeowners with urgent repairs imminent to life or safety. RHP provides repairs using volunteer labor with materials purchased through donated funds.
